POLICLINIC VIVA DENT
Policlinic
Area 400m2
Shtime, Kosovo
Area 400m2
This polyclinic design project is built upon the principles of minimalism, transparency, and functional clarity, creating a modern space that ensures ease of movement. With a structure that includes a microbiology laboratory, pediatrics, gynecology, cardiology, orthopedics, and dentistry, the main concept aims to balance spatial efficiency, natural lighting, and an effective organization of each department.
One of the key design elements is the use of glass, which serves as a tool to maintain visual openness without restricting the perception of space. This approach not only creates a sense of openness and communication between departments but also allows for the natural diffusion of light, contributing to a brighter and fresher atmosphere.
The design is based on a neutral material palette, complemented by two soft tones—light blue and green—to create a calm and welcoming environment.
Beyond the transparency of glass, lighting plays a fundamental role in this project. A combination of natural and artificial lighting has been used to ensure a bright and clean atmosphere. Large windows and glass partitions provide ample daylight, reducing the need for excessive artificial lighting. Integrated soft-toned lighting helps create a warmer and more comfortable space for patients.
This interior design project for the polyclinic balances functionality with modern aesthetics, prioritizing a clean, bright, and open environment. Minimalism, combined with the transparency of glass and a serene color palette, fosters a setting where patients feel at ease and welcomed, while healthcare professionals work in a well-organized and efficient space.
